Hello everyone,
My name is Matt, live in NC, and I as well have been a lurker of the boards. I appreciate the wealth of knowledge posted in the forums. I currently have a Speedy Moon, vintage Omega Geneve, Speedy Hodinkee H10, and just got my wife a beautiful Seamaster Aqua Terra with a MOP dial. We're an Omega family! I look forward to posting more in the future...

The feller I sold my sword hand Seamaster pro to referred me here.

I have had a speedmaster date, the above mentioned Seamaster, and currently have a 41.5mm Skyfall AT.

My favorite Omega so far was the Seamaster pro, not bonding with the size of the Skyfall, I think I’d be better served by a 38mm AT.

I’m trying for the perfect 3 watch collection.

1. Omega 38mm AT

2. 4 or 5 digit Rolex DJ/OP date

3. Cartier Tank MC rose

Good evening all,

I’ve been a member for a month or so, and now find myself perusing these pages most evenings.

I’m Paul, 39 and live in London. I’m a fan of anything old/retro/vintage, in particular cars, motorbikes, buildings (and watches ;-))

I have had a Seamaster since 2005, which was purchased new. I have recently bought a ‘69 Chronostop and conducted a lot of research on here before purchase. Lots of helpful threads, thanks!

I’m finding the place very welcoming, informative and interesting. I feel it’s going to be a slippery slope! (actually, it is, because I have just bought a second chronostop!)

Cheers, Paul.

Hi, my name is Eivind and I'm a freshly educated watchmaker from Norway.Because of corona ive been left without a job for the last 4 our so months and came to the conclusion that if I can't work with watches at the moment then at least I can talk about them and keep active within the trade to a certain degree.

Hi all

It is a pleasure to join this forum. I am from the UK and been collecting watches seriously for just a couple of years - mainly Tudor and Rolex. I have yet to dive fully into the world of Omega so I have come here to learn and contribute when I can. I love photography and I'm hoping to start my own website/watch review site soon.

Cheers,
Goose

Hi I'm happy to be joining this forum due to purchasing my first Omega in about a decade. Despite all the controversy, I've added a Speedy Reduced 3539.50 to my collection. I want to thank long term members and all contributors for your help while I was doing research. And your assistance going forward after I ignored most advice on this purchase 😁

Hello everyone, from the UK and this my first post and here is my new Omega Speedmaster 1957 Trilogy on my 6” wrist:

z8xrjv2.jpg

This Speedmaster is so great, I love it. It feels really special like a pristine vintage watch.

I also have a Tudor Pelagos Blue which I got for a milestone birthday a couple of years ago which has seen a lot of hard use at work. Thinking of getting an Explorer 39mm or Reverso Classic Medium next.

Cheers everyone!

Welcome to the forum, nice watch and great avatar. One of the UK’s most treasured actors, and still sorely missed IMO

I saw new people were doing this and I figured I might as well too. I’m Sam and Ive already made a post about my first Omega and big addition to my watch collection here and everyone has been helpful and inviting. I’m looking forward to learning more and being around a good community.

My ‘69 Constellation btw.
