OK, we would need the serial numbers on the case and movement, wherever they are. By the way, that photo is blurry and out-of-focus, so even if the case-number were there, we couldn't possibly read it.

Sorry about the blurry photo. Can't open the case back to expose the movement cuz I don't want the warranty of the watch to be voided by the watchmaker. Anyway I emailed them about the photo of the
movement and as soon as I receive it I'll post it here.
