It's impossible to find a good cappuccino in Brussels. But other than that you have a stunning watch there, wear it in good health!

Spectacular and incredible!

Even I couldn鈥檛 wear that one - it鈥檚 way too mint. The biggest problem with watches this nice. I want to wear it but I know better.

Mine鈥檚 nice, but not nearly as nice as yours!

Such a beauty. So much so that I don鈥檛 think I could wear it and enjoy it for fear of putting a ding in that bezel. That thing is worth close to $5k by itself!

You forgot to mention how much you paid for it.
There's no price! I told you before, pictures are from the Bienne museum! 馃え

the question now is - are you going to wear it? or, just as a show piece in case of speedy meet up.

Fantastic and even under extreme macro, that is close to perfect, did it come with a bracelet?

Thanks for your comments 馃榾

I'm not going to wear it. I have other vintage speedies in "normal" condition that I enjoy wearing. I will order an extract to know more about its history and leave it in a safe.

No steel bracelet unfortunately, I suppose the watch had been sold on leather strap.

I see no reason to avoid wearing this watch. It's in very fine condition, but certainly nowhere near NOS. There are plenty of small scratches, dings, and dents from wear ... and signs of minor polishing are evident. I think you can also see small scratches from the original bracelet end links.

Certainly you should wear it carefully, but I suggest that you enjoy it and don't worry too much.

This watch has been worn a couple of times for sure, but its condition is really exceptional. That's why I don't want to scratch it.
The case is so sharp, I don't think it has been polished.

Well, I feel like this is nit-picking because it's a great watch in very fine condition, but if you look at the edges between polished and brushed facets, and the ends of the lugs, it's quite clear that the case has been polished to reduce the appearance of small dings.

Quite clear that the case has been polished ? Sorry but I don't agree with you.
If I look at the edges between polished and brushed facets I just see tiny dings. The case would not be so sharp after a polish.
