Teach Me About Bullseye

I don't know anything about watches. I want something that's gold and black. I just found the Omega bullseye. I'm smitten. If I buy one, it will be the only watch I ever buy and I plan to wear it everyday. Even if it breaks or stops working.

Questions:
If it says 14k or 18k - is it solid gold?
What's the bullseye real name, or model?
I'm looking at one that's stamped 3113 and I think the serial number is 9132889. With that info can you tell me anything about it?
It's in Austria. Could it have been worn by a WWII bad guy? Which would be interesting to say the least.
Are these rare enough where I need to snatch one up? Or are they common enough where I should spend several months waiting for the right one?
Are there other black and gold watches I should consider? I found a Tissot, but the Omega is prettier imo

Thank you so much for helping a noob!!

Seems the case is not from Omega but a contract case, maybe of local production.
Did you check the diameter? Looks like a small watch...

I have a soft spot for vintage gold and black watches too 🥰 Bullseye watches from the 1940s are a classic style and came in many colors besides gold and black. But, if gold and black are your thing, here are a couple of other examples from the mid-1950s:
