Can anyone recommend a 20 to 16mm bracelet that would fit & look good on a 2254? Pics please, thanks.

Its original "Speedmaster" style bracelet is that.

I believe it's 1610/930.

Yes 1610/930 is the one that tapers to 20 to 16. The other bracelets that fit are the Bond version (1504/825) and the one from the Aqua Terra 2500 series

Nope. 1610/930 tapers to 18mm.

I think some of the 1990s Moonwatch bracelets did go down to 16mm. 1497 & 1498 maybe.

I think some of the 1990s Moonwatch bracelets did go down to 16mm. 1497 & 1498 maybe.

Isn't that the clasp you're measuring that is 18mm.
So, I guess that the actual bracelet ends up to 16mm.

I stand to be corrected though.

On the 1610/930 the clasp and bracket are the same width. 18mm. See the picture above. The removable links are 18mm wide.

Fair enough, I knew what you meant, on the newer models with adjustable clasps, the clasp can be 2-4mm wider than the bracelet. Not on these.

If some rattle would be okay, maybe the 1171 bracelet?

I didn’t think Omega did a “modern” bracelet that had a 4mm taper do they? By modern i mean anything with a 1120 or later calibre....
