Strap for Constellation 168.010

Hi, I'm after some advice please.

I've just purchased a 1967 (I think) Constellation 168.010 SF. I understand that the lug width is 19mm. I'd like to get a strap for it but I have quite large wrists at nearly 10 inches. Am I right in thinking that the lug width denotes the strap width? I'm based in the UK and would be grateful if you could recommend somewhere where I can look at some strap options. In have the Omega buckle.
