TIL that the Silver Snoopy shipped with a sapphire crystal rather than hesalite. Great news! Now I can be slightly less sad that I don't own one.

Would anyone else look at that pic and think the watch was a fake if they didn't know better?

Hello Everyone,

Does anyone know if this watch has been sold out ?
Omega boutique is saying this watch is not yet released in US and was accepting deposits to book a piece and could not confirm any date when they would get it.
On the other hand another AD said that it was sold out. Confused..

Thanks for your help.

I placed a deposit for one at an OB and they said it was still available for order at that time but they also could not give me a date. I dont think this one has the same interest as the other major LE, the 60th anniversary watches.

Thanks Watchmutt. I'm in the same boat. I was planning to buy the normal speedy, but i liked the blue dial and went for this and also i have never seen a blue dialed speedy before, so i thought this would be unique.

The radial flip on the bezel sinks it for me. Once seen, can’t be unseen. 250-225 is awful.

Indeed blue. A bit different but also nice...

I had a chance to have a look at the Apollo 17 at Basel. I am a sucker for the logo/patch watches so will have to do my best for this one

I’m hoping to pick mine up over the Christmas period got the limited number confirmed. Looking forward to seeing what the blue looks like in the flesh. Will post pictures after it has been picked up. This will be my first Speedmaster and felt that the mission patch and racing track should be quite unique.

I got mine just before Christmas. Absolutely love it. The blue works really well with the gold which is quite subtle. The dial reflects light all the time which gives different hues.

Hope for all manking??? Bottom right.
Yep. A triumph for omega QC. I think they are looking to replace inserts per one poster here, but I haven’t confirmed with my AD yet.

Box issues aside, it’s still a really nice watch.
