Hey guys, looking at a watch on ebay, but just want to confirm that the warranty card is correct type? Im a newbie to all this!

i've only seen the white warranty cards where the Ref and Watch No fields are white writing surfaced and the details are hand written in.

Does the price seem like good value on it?! and would it be easy to get a new box as it doesn't come with the proper one?
