Speedmaster Reduced Back dial 3513.50 movement issues

Hello all- like the title of the thread says, I’m having issues with this watch. Particularly the tachymeter. It simply stopped working. No matter how many times I press the button, I get no movement at all. In your collective opinions, is this something that can be fixed during a regular servicing? Or does it require more than that. Rest of watch is great and keeps perfect time. I just want to get it working fully. Thoughts?

That isn't actually a Speedmaster Reduced, which is another rather more troublesome model. Yours, known usually as a Speedmaster Date is ETA/Valjoux 7750 based and most decent watchmakers should be able to work on that so it shouldn't hopefully be too much of an issue whatever is wrong.
