·Uust to add to the wrong caseback theory: that's a delrin brake in there (unless the light is playing serious tricks) meaning the movement dates after 72. Working purely from memory, 32m serial number puts it there too.
Case does look poorly refinished and hands don't appear to be the same age as the dial.
Your money, your call.
Could it be that the .037 are late versions of the Mark II? The ones I saw in the net have similar serial numbers with this one. Take a look at this ->

·Don´t get me wrong, but some of the examples found on the web have delrin brake and the movement number is 32m. Justo two examples on this photos (one of them took from Fratello Watches -> https://www.fratellowatches.com/omega-speedmaster-mark-ii-145-014/

The hands look like the ones from the racing dial, except that this are all white.
Regarding the price, what would it be right, in your opinion?
