Hello,

does omega engrave logo on sapphire sandwich speedmaster or just hesalite version ?

Its on the Hesalite only, the sapphire watches don't get the omega logo.

Not entirely true. There have been several Omega sapphire crystals with the logo.

I’ll check the new FOIS when I get a chance as I suspect that is one but as I say several other sapphire crystals have been signed.

Correct, the newly released FOIS does have an Omega logo engraved into the sapphire crystal. I believe that is a first in the 'regular' 3861 production, the 321's like the EW come with an engraved sapphire crystal too.

The logo found on some sapphire crystals, like the 321, are internally etched by laser, very different than how the symbol is made on the normal hesalite crystal.

I remember reading on fratello that omega logo are etched on 3861 sapphire.
