Speedmaster Ed White 105.003 Chronocreep

Hello

I have a Speedmaster from 1964 whitch has chronocreep, the hour counter og the crono slowly moves as the watch is running and the chronograph is disabled.

I have stopped using the watch a few months ago for that reason. Before i send it for service i want to find some parts that need changing.
So for now its just in the box, and i was wondering if i was to use the watch with chronocreep, wuld that further damage the watch?

Just an break lever adjustment under the dial. Use it. Nothing will happen that makes it worse.
