Thanks everyone. I really appreciate the info and love learning new stuff. Not sure I want to even keep the dial and wouldn't think they have any/much value. Now I'll have to check on how to dispose of properly.
Dispose = sell?
Dispose = throw away?? (I hope NOT!!)

I don’t know how much but I would think it’s definitely worth selling

There are some dial for sale here on the Forum, and also sold ones.
So you could look at these, and see what they have in value?

I've been looking in the "Ultimate OMEGA Speedmaster Guide" (recieved it yesterday) to try and determine which model it is. What an amazing book! The closest match I can see is the A5 Tall Markers - Low SWISS MADE (1961-1964) on page 88 of the 3rd edition.

So after we know it has radium lume what is the conclusion? Is it a dial for 2998 ?
I would say either 2998-3 or 105.002-62, due to the D from Swiss made in line with the 29 Minute marker. Based on a quick look in the Speedmaster only book, as @galaxytime already stated.

It’s always a bit of a mystery when you find pieces like this, I’ve turned up some perfect condition 321 Speedmaster components over the years in watchmakers junk collections that made no sense yet were cheap, had clearly been there forever and were original. The only dials I’ve found like that had broken dial feet but this one appears to still have them, wonder why it was removed…
Jumping in here with a couple I've picked up and curious about: The first an 861 dial via the bay, just wondering if it is a service dial or could the repairer have exchanged dials and popped the original in the dial packet and flogged it to me. The second a 321 dial, from a job lot of Omega parts bought at auction, service or not? A linked S and p is the only telltale I'm aware of and not sure how accurate it is. Thanks in advance.

For the top dial, the production date of the 21st week of 2002 and the part number on the package indicate it's a luminova dial, and the one you have received is tritium. If you use some magnification, you might be able to look at the dial feet and see if there are signs that dial feet screws have been used on the feet - they will show marks from the screws being tightened against them.

Thanks for the info, I will check both for screw marks.

Thanks for the info, I will check both for screw marks.
The 321 will not have screw marks, but will have more of a slice in the post - is uses a different form of clamp.
