Vintage Omega White Dial Help

I’m looking to possibly this watch on Etsy. I can’t find much online about it. Seller has many positive reviews—with a handful of vintage watch sales already. The dial is very clean but the case looks super unique and maybe aftermarket? The band is obv not original. Any help or thoughts on this piece? He’s asking 2300. Is this legit or refinished or a married piece? Thanks! All he wrote on the description is
  • 18 Solid Yellow Gold
  • Omega Vintage Watch
  • Beautiful Piece In Excellent Condition
  • Fancy Lugs

That dial looks horrible. Especially the seconds track.

Omega dials have a unique design that really pops due to the balance of negative space as well as the positive. The fonts, the numbers, the fineness of the minute tracks.

This looks like someone poured white enamel onto a frypan.

Aside form it having a horrible looking dial the asking price is laughable, way too much even if it had an nice original dial. Crown is a modern gold plated piece and completely inappropriate for something of this vintage.

Probably a converted ladies pendant watch.
