Speedmaster Crystals

Hello OMega Forums, I'm wondering if anyone can confirm if the crystals for most 321 references are different from the 861 145.022 reference. More specifcally when it comes to the Omega Service crystals is Part # 063PZ5078 (for CKs and 105.003) a different size than the crystal Part # 063PW5139 for the 145.022.

I have a watchmaker telling me they are identical sizes and are interchangeable but the tension rings are the only thing that is different.

Can anyone shed light on this?
