Hi, this might be a bit silly question but are the lugs a bit “uneven” and not aligned in this 321 Ed White? I purchased mine few months back and now looking these pics here I started to wonder whether mine has been polished…
Not that it looks like polished, but the tips of the lugs just are not identical in each corner. The left lug (where the pushers are) looks it slightly leans more towards to bezel side.

Hmm... not sure which facet (or bevel) you're referring to, but I admit on mine, the lug facets towards the very tips do look like they've been hand finished*... 🤔
As long as the bevels are generally crisp everywhere else I wouldn't worry about it 👍

*Mine are not perfectly symmetrical either...

It’s really tough to catch with iPhone and the watch is supershiny, but I’ll try again 😀
So when you look at the (top side) flat tip of the lug (the one on the side of the chrono buttons), it looks like it “leaning” towards to bezel direction. So I’m just wondering if it has been banged to somewhere since there is slight ding in bezel on the same side 😀

What I looked at pics in internet, it looks like these are not symmetrical (like in your pic too, but that’s from the bottom lugs) or “sports Rolex sharp”. I can still return the watch, so that’s why I’m puzzled what to do 👎

As I’m aware and I find it quite interesting is that they used Eugene Cernan’s watch for the tomography for this model: of which the case had some “mistakes” in finish- especially along the chamfers of the lugs which likely would have occurred during servicing.

How do you like the 321?
Hmm... I think my review says it all, but in a nutshell, it's my favorite Speedmaster 👍

I'm fairly certain Omega sells it separately; in any case, you can contact them and ask, referring to the bracelet's id (OEM "flat-link" STZ012774).
Which Speedmaster reference are you looking to fit it on?

Thanks for the reply. I am looking to try to fit onto a vintage 2914 railmaster instead of 7077.

Great thread and thanks for the posting! This may be the wrong place to ask, but could it be possible to replace an incorrect bezel and hands on a 2998-61 with OEM versions of the Ed White? That is, would they fit the original 2998, and would Omega or a dealer be willing to make such a sale of just those pieces as part of a repair/refurbishment of the 2998-61?
