Solid, non decorated case back

Is there a part number or availability of a solid, non engraved, up decorated case back for a 145.022 / 3572 case (1861 movement)? Everything I find has the center decoration or the full engraving variations. I want to have one done with a personal engraving. Just can’t seem to find the part so guessing it wasn’t readily available in the past. Haven’t even found an aftermarket one, which is surprising, or means I’m searching the wrong thing, which isn’t surprising.

Cousins seems to have an easy reference search for parts they still have in stock but that is getting smaller and smaller. If anyone w a parts account wouldn’t mind checking (or bestowing wisdom) I appreciate it in advance.

I bought a couple from him years ago, he can be incredibly slow to respond and ship at times, even by watchmaker standards but for me he was quite fast. He sells a variety for different Omega models.
