Lost on a walk the case back from a Omega Geneve cal 565.
I would need help identifying the watch reference for aquiring this back. Any Idea of a solution for that - replacement case back with the original or alternative material or a complete case? Where should I search for it?

Thanks.

Bought on eBay a stainless steel 162.009 back cover. Hope it fits until I find a 18k perfect match

It's a 565 movement with calendar non waterproof, circa 1969, 18k gold. Found a similar on the italian catalog but does'nt states its ref Number. The Back cover I bought 162.009 is a loose fit. Can I put an oring?
