Mrs. noelekal cooks much better than I do; cleans better and faster too. I'm better at providing for our watch needs, though she has been known to provide a new watch on occasion

This is the story of my life. I love keeping gifts surprises for Christmas but my wife is the complete opposite and actively looks around the house for where I have hid all of her gifts.

Things are getting serious now.

Mutually assured eye-rolling!

I've owned my Speedy for just about 4 years. In that time (and almost daily wearing) I have received one complement on it just one, and that was from someone who knew exactly what it was, and that gentleman was actually taking my money at the McDonalds drive thru.
I've worn the GMT out in public twice now and both times received a complement on it.
And yesterday the complement came from another fast food connoisseur while in line at KFC hah.
I think I'm going to hit up Burger King or one of my personal favorites, Taco Bell, and fish for some more complements lol.
One thing I always loved about the Speedy was its subtlety, it flies under the radar. But I guess the GMT is a bit more of an eye catcher.

Tudor is a big hit at fast food joints. It’s what the workers aspire to own 😜😜

They get flipped like burger patties quite regularly also.😁😁
(Know some one that has had all of them but always had one)

Try hiding them under the bonnet/hood of your car. Particularly next to the oil or radiator caps. You won’t even have to disguise them (heat resistant bags maybe).

I've been talking to my angry wife about her twin sister for ages....may be a stocking filller and low and behold.....Nada. Nothing, I was wondering if I would find her "hidden" in the wardrobe but no..

I got mrs walrus a new dishwasher for Christmas. I went to the store, threw it in my suv then put it in Christmas Day. I even loaded up the old one, hauled it to the scrap yard where I got a whopping 4 bucks for it.
Anyway I was just messing around and I was going to hook it up to Wi-Fi for her but why do we need Wi-Fi on a dishwasher. If it were for diagnostic I could see but it’s not. It’s so you can program dishwashing time or I guess even run a load when you aren’t home? Or start it without having to walk the three feet and press a button. Sorry to hijack an old thread but this has me puzzled. Why wifi on a dishwasher? Seems completely unnecessary I don’t know if anyone can chime in and convince me I need it I will complete the process. Maybe it’s the greatest thing since sliced bread and I’m in the wrong. I checked it out for cameras and microphones I’m not seeing any.

It's not for you - it's so it can help your wine refrigerator to manage their stock portfolios in real time.

Did u hook up the WiFi? Do you use it? I know “smart homes” are the thing but people have given me those Amazon things you talk into to control things. I either give them away or throw them out.

If it doesn’t load and unload itself too why bother?

Now if the fridge has a camera that you could see in real time on your phone so you don’t have to keep opening the door to see what you don’t want to eat every hour or so, then that would be worth it.

No dishwasher, no microwave only thing electric in our kitchen is fridge, oven, toaster and a coffee machine.
No clothes dryer (as they dry before the pegs are attached)
Funny when we have friends stay and ask for stuff we haven't had for years.

No microwave bugs most people..."how do you heat food up"
Well the oven gets hot
"But you dirty a pan"
But don't you dirty a microwave bowl
"Ummm ohh" 😁😁
