I have it on... It's pretty stiff now, and I haven't received the tudor deployant yet either. The strap is very high quality and I am really happy with the look. It's expensive, but worth it, in my opinion. The color of the strap is a great match with the dial and bezel.
I know in the OP it says blue, but the OG 58 is a strap monster. Haven’t found anything that doesn’t suite it (have tried more combos than pictured)
i had one made just like the omega snoopy strap at jean rousseau and its very nice. the material is a little less "rough" than the snoopy which i have and nearly wore out, its more refined Id say. not quite what i was hoping for unfortunately, i wanted the same snoopy strap. don't get me wrong, this one is beautiful, just not the same, i even requested the same details as the omega strap (they made the snoopy straps i was told.) it was pricey, 280 IIRC. it fits nicely on my Planet ocean. hard to see from this angle though...
also, here is my EB 300 on the Omega "spectre" strap. the yellow stitching closely matches the lume in the indices... this is my favorite combo...
Did you buy that from Omega, I didn’t think that they would supply replacements but I suppose thats silly. How much was it, if thats not too personal to ask?
I know a watchmaker with an omega parts account and he was able to order it for me. It comes in 3 sizes (small/medium/large) and he was able to order the size I wanted. I honestly don't remember how much it was but omega straps aren't cheap. I think it was a cpl hundred dollars. I still wear my black bay 58 on the omega strap. I still really do love the look of it on the snoopy strap.
Aaron over at Combat Straps can make you a custom Safiano Leather strap that looks similar to the OEM Snoopy strap and is much more comfortable right out of the box.
Aaron's straps are fantastic. In fact both my omegas are worn on straps made by Aaron. He made them so the omega deployant clasp could be used on both and I couldn't be happier.
