I own both. For me has to the the 321. Something about the execution, the eligibility and the look just make it the watch I reach for each and every time.

Heres mine getting a new strap. Black really makes the hour markers Pop

Thanks everyone for your responses so far. It has made for some fun and interesting reading.

I must clarify that although my preference would be for the 321 if forced to choose between the two, the Snoopy would have come a very close second. I was lucky enough to try on a friend's recently and it is also a beautiful watch with an amazing and clever caseback. Hacking seconds and METAS chronometer certified is also food for thought. In the hypothetical situation of my original post, I would have been stuck at the OB for ages trying to make a decision 😁

Luckily for me, I need the 321 as my kids will get the. Snoopy and the Apollo 50 th anniversary as each matched their date of birth, just not the year. The 321 is for me and I will wait for it as it represents everything engineering can achieve when you have minds pushing unknown boundaries. As to answer your question 321 for me every time.

I am extremely fortunate to have both and think they are both great. They tend to be used for different reasons and occasions. My three year old nephew loves playing with the Snoopy and watching him fly across the earth (under supervision of course)

Snoopy because I just like a watch that's a bit different. I don't own a "regular" speedmaster but only limited editions because they just appeal more to me.

Snoopy for me. It’s unique and a different color from my existing Speedies. I was offered the 321 and turned it down. I was initially interested because of the movement but everything else about the watch didn’t sit right with me (size, Saphire sandwich, bracelet…).

I own them both

snoopy is unique and cool
321 is fabulous execution of a speedy

For pure watch wearing it’s the 321 all day
For collecting and unique flair it’s the snoop

I am one of the fortunate people to own both and the 321 is hands down my choice.
It's got that X factor.

I more or less had this choice and went with the Snoopy. It wasn’t easy to decide but I preferred the slightly larger dial of the Snoopy, and it feels like the Snoopy is more sought after than the the 321, at least at this point in its life (that might not always be the case of course) and therefore better to take the opportunity to get one for normal retail pricing when I can.

And frankly I imagine there will be other 321s whereas this Snoopy will only be here once

Buy the 321 and you will receive the Snoopy
I’m going the opposite route. Bought the Snoopy and patiently waiting for the EW 321.

Snoopy for me, might be a load of bs but the OB said the reason for it being so hard to get is the case back complication, personally I would be happy if they did one without the case back complication, I love the aesthetic of the dial and bezel colours.

BS indeed. The complication is hardly difficult, more time and money spent on preparing the moon and star images.

I own a Snoopy but would rather have the 321. I’m sure if I owned the 321, I’d rather have the Snoopy.

Somehow, I am sure that if I owned either one, this is exactly what it would be like for me too.
