Here's another image, this from Omega's website:



The Earth has a non-descript appearance in that it's not possible to discern what part of the globe is facing the camera, you just see water and cloud cover, without any green or brown. There are plenty of NASA photos of Earth from space from Apollo 13 or earlier that could have been more visually interesting. Does anyone else see what looks like a dimpled surface in the dark blue areas of the earth disc?
that works for me, you do not focus on it not rotating as it should when they did the Earth like that.
