What's wrong here ? Why on Earth does this even matter ? We have members from across the Planet here , who speak different languages and English is not their Mother tongue. I'm German, never had English at school ( because I grew up under the Russians in East Germany ) , live in Australia and have some Omega knowledge, that I share here .No matter how grammatically correct it is ... I'd never criticise US members for not speaking German correctly .

I must be missing something here. Why the pile on for frank who’s simply sharing his experience as many others have in this thread.

I think it's more the attitude than the language. Although I have the sense that English is his native language. Personally, I am increasingly amused by these new members who are off-putting from the get-go.

Frank deserves to be heard since he is the first person in the 21st century to call someone a bounder. Bravo Frank.

You sir are a cad! I regularly call my dog, Bounder, when beating the boundary of my estate.

Off topic, but I call my dog Shark. When I shout him on the beach, we always have the place to ourselves.

Agreed - I expect more from OF, particularly long-standing members [is that a hyphenated word?]. This SF subject remains a serious issue for a significant number of people and it shouldn’t be dismissed.
