A recent acquisition I’ve named Stella Blue. Memovox Speedbeat Ref E875 Cal 925 with unique patina that resembles con-Stella-tions

And a couple from last century (and last Millennium for that matter).

That’s an early one based on the dial text!

Supposed to be circa 2004.

That would be right - the Master Compressor line came out in 2002 (remember it well and it was a polarizing design at the time), and the first versions of this watch had "Memovox Automatique" on the dial, where the later versions just have "Memovox" on the dial. I can't say the exact transition date, but I bought mine back in 2007 and it just has Memovox on the dial...

Lume shot...

Mine is also an early execution, with "automatique" added on the dial. Sold approx. 2006 I believe.
It also features cal. 918 (no quick-set on the date), as opposed to the newer versions, equipped with the updated cal. 956.

Not sure if the upgraded movement corresponds to the shorter text on the dial.

No it doesn't correspond - I have the short text and mine has a Cal. 918 as well:

Although these don't have a quick set date, you can advance the date by going back and forth past midnight, so still not as bad as a Cal. 1575 Rolex to set the date!

Cool! Thanks for the history and clarification. Good to know.
