I have tools and confidence I could do it, but alas my confidence is not shared by my wife.....

Hello,
Looking for some information and valuation on my Great Grandmother's Omega gold watch. There is a Patent number on the back of the clasp, which reads (as best as I can tell): 670798PRL?.

Pictures as follows:

Thank you in advance.

Hi everyone,

I’m hoping to get some help identifying and valuing an Omega watch that’s been in my family for quite some time. Here’s what I know and see about the watch:

• Type: Women’s Omega watch

• Details: gold, diamonds and gemstones (possibly on the bezel or dial) but no visible model number or serial number on the case back.

• Box & Papers: Unfortunately, the original box and papers were lost a long time ago.

• Condition: It’s in great condition, but I’m not sure about the age or model.

I’ve attached some photos from different angles to help with identification. Let me know if there are specific details or close-ups that would be helpful.

Any guidance on identifying this watch or advice on next steps to determine its value would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your time and expertise!

My only Omega ladies watch - a lovely donation from a generous forum member,
Bless his good heart. Alas those old pics don’t quite do justice.
Well, I guess I have here the big brother (although it is a men's watch, it looks like an old sibling). Mine is from 1935 and still running.

Hallo friends and girlfriends,
let me show here the automatic ladies Constellations (568.0xx with cal 681/2/5) together with the men's companions (168.0yy cal 561/4, 751and 1001) to show the equality in the look but difference in size:

(My wife does not wear these, because whenever she wants it after a few days, they don't show the right time.
But on travel in another time zone her smartwatch is also wrong timed as it is attached to her older phone and cannot be adjusted manually....)

I really like the ladie's 568.0xx constellations (and also the 567.0xx). I've been looking for a good deal to get one but usually they are way above the budget I have dedicated for ladie's watches 🙄

There is just one 568.001 in 18k with milanese bracelet in Ebay for sale. I think the price is very reasonable!

Thank you Konrad, I will have a look at it. I really like the stainless steel versions as well, so it does not have to be necessarily an 18k.
