Your choice of course. For myself, I enjoy an unobstructed view of my vintage dials. 😀

Really nice, the BoRs do sit well on those later cases. It’s a pity they don’t really on the early ones without the thick, beveled lugs.

Thanks Sam, that reminded me to post this one, black honeycomb also works with gold (and green), it turns out:

A big thanks to @cristos71 for a trade that, I hope, leaves us both with a smile on the face. 😀

Welcome aboard. Generally, for such a request, I’d recommend opening a new thread. You’ll get more opinions / more exposure and it keeps this thread a little cleaner.

Regardless, the verdict on the one you are interested in is quickly done: Stay away. There’s a reason this has been unsold for months. Very much overpriced for such a beaten up case, I’d avoid it at half the asking price of 1090€.
Do note that while some of the configurations displayed here are indeed rare, the 2577 and 50s Seamasters in general aren’t uncommon. They were produced in millions - so why not get a nice example if you’re on it? 😀

Hi I am new member, but don't see how to post new thread or show my old Omega 2557-6 1950 Seamaster, which I got some years ago.
I have images.

Welcome aboard! Right underneath the last post of this thread, there’s an area where you can type a reply and below is a button saying “Add Photos”:
