I think there is truth to that; however, the datejust has gone up tremendously, also even regular seamasters and other more basic three handers from omega have gone up allot.. both of those are the same size.. it seems there is just something with this watch that keeps it from going up as much as other watches.
Datejust have almost tripled in five years and this watch is every bit the equivalent.

It’s so nice when these older threads come back. Such lovely watches. I find this more useful for those hoping to tune their eye to redials and over restored watches than showing poorly redone dials or over polished cases. The beautifully subtle detail In the second “n” tail, the MOY.....
