Servicing a UG 138ss Movement

Hi all,

I have an early polerouter with a 138ss bumper automatic movement and I'm having some trouble getting it to run. Any suggestions of watchmakers in the mid-Atlantic or Midwest that can handle servicing such a watch? Any ideas of the costs to service?
