Just got my Speedster 3861 back from service. These were attached, have a few questions:

1. What is my ultimate timekeeping rate?
2. What does OFF vs ON mean?
3. I think I know what DU, DD, CD, CL, CU, CR (dial up,..., crown left,...). What are X, D, DVH, Di?

DU: Dial Up
DD: Dial Down
CD: Crown Down
CL: Crown Left
CU: Crown Up
CR: Crown Right

X: Average across all 6 positions
D: Difference between min and max
DVH: Difference between vertical and horizontal positions

I think you meant to say "D: Difference between min and max".

Your ultimate timekeeping rate will be whatever you measure in actual use conditions. Everyone is different.

Off and on probably refer to the stopwatch function, just a guess.

Are dial up and crown right the same thing?

No, DU is flat on its back, CR is equal to 3 up or 9 up depending on whether it's a normal or LH watch. The watch is on its side in CU/CD.

Thanks for the explanation. Im slow here, what’s the difference between CU and CR then? At least one of those would be the same as DU, right?

No. The DU position describes the watch lying flat on its back. CU is crown up, it is unambiguous and obviously not the same as dial up. CR is crown-right with the watch standing on its edge, so for a typical watch the 12 o'clock position would be up.
