1. If some one creates a thread to ask about a seller you may choose to answer or not based on your knowledge. It is not appropriate to use that thread to recommend another seller. You can always PM the party if you wish, but lets keep answers to the request on the party in the topic
This shows respect for all parties involved. None of our sellers appreciate "buyer poaching"

Basically you can’t. To sell here you must be a member in good standing that has been here long enough to have contributed as demonstrated by having 200 or more meaningful posts in discussion forums. Short few word replies to other postings don’t count. Please read all the rules at the beginning of the sales forums.
