SEIKO 6206B Sealion M55 Weekdater Vintage 1965 with a very "Spacious" Dial

Always liked the weekenders. Funky Japanese styling but still rooted in European style. Seiko seems to either mimic European style or go crazy funky. These split the difference so well.

i like long weekenders too but when it comes to Seiko's i also like weekdater's.. Sometimes ill spend a whole weekender wearing a weekdater 😜

Mi first Seiko Was a Quartz Chrono with the with a 7T series movement, which has a seeeping hand once you press the start pusher on the chrono.


And right now I own a Sarb033 with the 6r15 movement in it

Thank you , I think it looks more like My Heuer 2447S 1965 but do agree on the similarities .

Oh, most definitely! Love the Heuer too. The Seiko and the Heuer are both worth alternatives to the Speedmaster. I'm disappointed in the current Heuers but these older ines are drool-worthy.

The Seiko is about 1/25th the value of the Heuer too 😀
