Last night I fixed my Omega 1332 Quartz - today, I got an old Seiko M421 for $10aud. Got home, whacked a new battery in it, and it works. Only problem is that the screen is on the way out, or is it?
All functions apart from the light work, but it's quite hard to see. I'm not sure if faded is the right term and it's all a very universal hard-to-see rather than bits of clarity here and there. It's like there's a missing filter or something.
Any ideas?
