Hey everyone,

I can't find a good reference with all the dials. Has anyone researched before?

I am trying to figure out if the dial has to match - ie. if there are SS with golden dials and vice-versa. I've seen this on some vintage Seikos from the same era(Marvel and some;others), but I can't find anything definite about King Seiko. My impression is that they have to match though.

Also do 14102 and 15034 share dials?
The 15034 case seems to be 1mm bigger but I can't say if the dial is bigger.

And in general - what's your opinion and how would you compare them? Personally I prefer the lugs on 15034.

I know there are little texts on those watches but they are next to impossible to read on most photos and I can't find a reference.

I've tried the Seiko catalogues but couldn't find them there.

The dial of the 15034 should be about 1mm (or to be more exact 1/2 ligne) bigger than on the J14102. The first 2 numbers of these old model numbers refers to the dial size in lignes. A J14XXX has a 14 lignes dial, a 15XXX has a 14,5 lignes dial (and a J13XXX is 13 lignes, a 14XXX is 13,5 lignes etc.).
