This is an official product that is used at dealers to display watches for sale behind the glass counter. The glossy wood and beige leather or leatherette matches the general Omega theme as well as your modern wooden Omega box. It feels like it's made from a solid block of wood. The watch pillow features an Omega logo on both sides and can flex to fit your watch if it's sized. There's also a hidden clear plastic price tag holder underneath (example in photo below). These are fairly rare since they're not supposed to be in the hands of the public. Condition is new-ish since I don't know the history behind these and can't confirm if they've ever been used and they may have minor wear from storage/transport.
