路I need to check in on these boards more often... to the OP, that is a good deal IMO. The dial, bezel, hands and lume look clean, free from any obvious marks or rot. The case looks to have no significant pitting or rust. Have it serviced and I suspect you will have a very nice example

路FWIW, I agree on the 6139 and values/prices. I would only buy one from a collector I trust, and now having acquired 3 this way, I have realized I prefer just about any Omega at the same price point - before we even start talking about the rampant (and sometimes very good) fake, forgeries and hack jobs. With the World timers, you main concern is with the 6117-640x's - where after market parts abound, but they are less common, probably by the same measure that they are less popular.

路@Eclipse39 very nice. The thick / tapered GMT hands on yours and the MADE IN JAPAN dials indicate earlier production models, likely before August 1964. Your silver dial 6217-7000 has the cities bezel from the 6217-7010 - easiest tell is the addition of Singapore and the inner ring of cities in blue instead of black.
