Seeking info on 1960's Geneve

I inherited this Geneve and am looking for some guidance on it. It was my grandfathers who passed 25 years ago though it just came into my possession. From what I can tell it's an early or mid 60's Geneve and I'm wondering if anyone knows the specific year and model? Do Geneve's typically have a Seamaster back? Was this an entry level, mid level or high end in its day? Its value is mostly sentimental to me, but I'm wondering is it worth enough that I should insure it? It works and keeps time though there is a slight squeak when I release the winding knob.

The band is too small for my wrist - any suggestions for where to get a suitable replacement? The band is also pretty worn out.
