Seeking Help: Identifying Alfa Romeo-Branded Automatic Chronograph (No Serial or Model #)

Hello everyone,

I’m looking for assistance identifying a watch I own.

It’s an Alfa Romeo-branded automatic chronograph. I have the original Alfa Romeo box (no papers). After inspecting the case, lugs, and movement, there are no visible model or serial numbers. It seems to be a commemorative or promotional release, possibly from the late 1990s or early 2000s.

Key Features:

  • Dial: White, triple-register chronograph (with day/date/month display). Alfa Romeo logo at 12 o’clock.
  • Movement: Automatic, visible through display case back. Rotor is engraved with the Alfa Romeo logo. Appears similar to a Valjoux 7750 or a 7750 clone.
  • Case: Stainless steel, with a rotating bezel and chronograph pushers.
  • Strap: Fitted with a rubber strap marked “Patek Philippe” — likely aftermarket or transplanted from another watch.
  • Clasp: Alfa Romeo-branded deployment clasp.

Questions:
  • Does anyone know which company produced these watches for Alfa Romeo?
  • Were they limited edition releases for specific events (e.g., car launches, anniversaries)?
  • Any idea about its approximate value today?

I’ve attached several high-resolution photos for reference.

Thank you in advance for any insights!

Unfortunately, this would be considered a fake because it's not authorized by Alfa Romeo or Patek Phillipe. A chronograph format watch being used to count day-date-moonphase instead of elapsed time is usually a dead giveaway.
