Can't wait to see the results!
You should see people's faces at Dunkin' (that's where I'm currently located) when you take a watch head off of a band and put the band in coffee...priceless...good times! ๐Ÿ‘ ๐Ÿ‘ ๐Ÿ‘

There was a super hot girl that saw me do this and was...was...astounded. ๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ˜

It will probably come out with stripes as the bottom of the cup has been in the longest due to the time to drink๐Ÿ˜œ

Another option would be hair-dye (if the coffee doesn't work). That stuff stains everything (not that my wife uses it or gets it all over ๐Ÿ˜‰

It's nylon guys. The only way to permanently change the color is to buy a new strap in the color you want.

....but keep on trying! I can't wait to see the 2 results posts - the first where everybody says "wow, that looks great!" and the second where everybody says "Doh!" when MadDog has a ring around his wrist.

The photo of the NATO in a cup of coffee is seriously one of the funniest things I've ever seen. Though I'd be surprised if anything changes.... besides the taste of the coffee ๐Ÿ˜

I think so! I let the band soak for several minutes, did a quick blot dry and then sprinted into the Dunkin' lavatory to utilize the Dunkin' hand dryer. I'm such an impatient mother f*****! ๐Ÿ˜

In sum, I believe it worked...see pics below...

So what's going on in that pic? Does junior dude have his hands in the mouth of a farm animal? It sure looks like it! That's so nutty! ๐Ÿ˜
That's not a mouth.... ๐Ÿ˜ฒ

Hmm... I might have to try this as my "olive green" NATO strap on my 45LE is more "Wizard of Oz Emerald" than olive drab. How come nobody can make a true olive drab NATO?!

The other nagging question is......as a real Dunkin connoisseur, how was the coffee after you removed the strap!

Have you checked Maratac? They have a nice Marine green. Pic stolen from broadarrow.net.
