...I've errased 2/3 of my pictures/database. It's a disaster and I can not find them back. I hope they are still in the cloud.

I don鈥檛 think the price is unreasonable but it鈥檚 probably top end of what you should pay.

If it鈥檚 been serviced recently, that would make the price more reasonable - and if the seller says it has, ask for a copy of the service invoice and/or details of when and by whom.

I think the watch, hands, dial, crown and movement look okay but I鈥檝e never seen a cyclops crystal on one of these - although other posters may have.

Thanks for your thoughts much appreciated!

Now that it's been clarified it is original, which was the main thing. Anyone got any idea on how much it's been polished/touched up?

P.S This forum is awesome, and clearly you guys know what you are talking about. Thank you.

It looks to have been sympathetically polished at some point in the past, but overall not bad. I really like the dial. I'd buy it.

Thnx. It's terrible. Years of work gone. I dont know what I did. Luckily I do have all the dial pictures but everything else is gone.

Personally I think the case is leaning into overpolished. I would want to see straight facets on the bezel, case sides, and caseback.
The dial is nice but in this era nice dials are plentiful, for the price you could get a very nice example. Up to you though!

Ugh. Nothing in the cloud? As an attorney, I'm paranoid about backing up my files, both automatically and manually. Not a fan of supposedly foolproof technology, so I go for redundancy.

Attractive piece and totally legit as far as I can see. The condition of the case won't appeal to hardcore collectors, but if it doesn't bother you, then I don't think you need to worry about it. Same for the price.

Ahh already bought it. May not have if I knew earlier. Thanks though!
Wear the heck out of it. It'll pick up the marks you put on it, and you won't feel a bit bad about it. I love how these feel on the wrist.

It's just an opinion and I'm very picky about watches so may not apply to everyone. You'll probably love it!
