Hello OF

I've been collecting a few years now, and i'm looking into getting a vintage omega seamaster. I have found this one and just wondering if the older vintage seamasters ever came in this configuration with no lume on the hands or dial.

Thank you in advanced

Steve.

I think you’re going to have to post more information and photos, including movement and case back inside, to get a useful response.

It looks ok to me. A deville style without the deville on the dial.

Thanks for the response. I've seen most of these devilles coming with lume on the dial and hands. This one doesn't and just wanted to check if it was original or a possible replacement part.

Cheers.

I would like to show you a couple of mine but somehow I've errased 2/3 of my pictures/database. It's a disaster and I can not find them back. I hope they are still in the cloud.

I'd like to see better photos of the lugs and the side of the case. Hard to tell from these photos how much the case has been polished. Dial and movement look good.

Oh that’s good. 950USD
People will probably tell you can find one cheaper. And this is true. But that dial is a beauty.

Cheers. Can I get your thoughts on the hands and dial too. Do you think it is original. I've attached some extra pictures

That's up to you. To give you a idea, I've bought all my seamasters around EUR 500. But I was a maniac in the past. 😁

I don’t think the price is unreasonable but it’s probably top end of what you should pay.

If it’s been serviced recently, that would make the price more reasonable - and if the seller says it has, ask for a copy of the service invoice and/or details of when and by whom.

I think the watch, hands, dial, crown and movement look okay but I’ve never seen a cyclops crystal on one of these - although other posters may have.
