Hi everyone! I hope everyone is doing well.

I am hoping to get some opinions on this Seamaster 14389.

Here are my concerns:
The dial and hands are very clean for the age.
The a’s in Seamaster do not connect at the top. I haven’t really found any examples that look the same.

I'll wait for other members to weigh in, but the "M" in OMEGA looks off to me. It also appears that the watch has been recently relumed - zoom in and examine the lume dots on the markers. They are not uniform and look sloppy to me.

Font is ok, I vote original dial.

but is there a quartz inside? Need more pix

Always particularly skeptical of black dials and this one is no different, a better than average attempt, but still an attempt, final answer, redial. All of the typography is just off and the lume isn't helping.
