·That’s what your warranty is for. I’ve not seen any indication that this is a widespread issue, so I don’t think there’s any need for concern really.

These dials have been in use for long enough now that if this was a widespread issue, we would know about it. I've checked, and there are no communications from Omega regarding issues with this dial (and they are very good at such notifications), so no need for people to start panicking just yet...
