Omega Seamaster Diver 300M Solid End Link Gaps Fitment

Hello and good time of the day gentlemen. I’ve been using the smp300 on an aftermarket rubber band for a while and recently decided to go back to the original metal bracelet it came with at the time of purchase. But now I can’t unsee the huge gaps between the case and the end links.
As they do these days, I asked ai and it said that this is a spring bar issue. Indeed the first bars I used were too thin diameter (1,5mm) so I ordered and switched to 1,8mm ones (the ones as ai told me used by omega) but the result is still the same.(photos attached) Unfortunately we don’t have any omega boutiques in this part of the world so what should I do? Perhaps it’s normal as is, this is how they looked like the whole time, but I’m not sure, those are some huge gaps.

Thank you so much, found a local repair shop who supposedly had this very article. I have no way of proving the spring bars he used is in fact the exact originals but the gap looks much smaller now.

If the gap is still symmetrical and relatively small, it may simply be the normal SMP bracelet fit.

Yeah, it does look like it. As I own the Summer Blue of the same model SMP and the end links on mine don't look like that
