In fact I've just realised I bought myself one yesterday!!::facepalm1::
I would suggest to buy less watches if you've reached a point that you forget about a watch which was bought yesterday...

Thanks all, I appreciate the help. Well done David, hope it is a good one. I have been trying to avoid eBay really, do you think this is necessary? Or is it quite safe to buy from there?
Of course. As long as you keep in mind the groundrules. Protect yourself, do your due dilligence and research the seller...

Remind me of a story of a OF member who was sitting on his couch and suddenly felt something weird. Turned out to be a rolex he totally forgot about...

I'd count myself lucky to find a few coins, but more realistically it would be the kids sweet rappers and the odd bit of toast.

It's not arrived yet so it doesn't count. Different post code and all that.

I actually had just forgotten it was a Seamaster 600 as it's one of the less commonly seen dial types. I'll post a pic when it arrives.

If you have a reasonable mixture of knowledge, time to research and patience eBay can be the single greatest place on earth to buy watches.

If you don't, it can be the worst.

Different post code

Would be nice to see the watch when it comes, I'll try to find out a bit more about different 600 dial types between now and then, should help with my purchase.
