Hi, I came across a vintage Omega Seamaster with a Tiffany & Co stamped dial. Cannot find any similar ones online. The watch has a gold plated case and steel caseback. It has been thouroghly polished and the case is in bad condition.

I have the following questions:

Is the dial real?
How many were made?
How much would the watch be worth in good condition?
Why does the watch have two serial numbers?

Inside the caseback are the following numbers: 2854 2920 2 SC. Serial number (stamped on movement): 13777784 Caliber: 354

I've provided crisp and clear pictures of the dial.

Any insights are appreciated

100% redial.

Way too early a case/watch/movement design for a T Swiss T dial. I didn't look any further than that

Just idle curiosity but what’s the asking price?

Well that was easy! Thanks.

I was confused as the text seemed so crisp and consistent.
