Just to add that my full size Pre-Bond had the 1109 movement.

I wish I could find something like that soonish!

Here's mine - large auto with gold bezel and with gold/steel bracelet...couple of chips on the insert, but the lume points have mellowed nicely as has the lume in the hands

Beautiful. Did not know that they had a variations with white numbering on the bezel. Only seen gold ones.

Thanks - my only gripe is generally I don't like wearing metal bracelets, but unfortunately on these you can't add a leather strap...

What I love about these watches is the lack of a protruding helium valve!

Any thoughts of this milling on the back of the case? Ref.number milled away and but new under? Serial is where it use to be under the seahorse.

It looks quite professional. Maybe Omega did it themselves?

@Tatu: do you know the bezelinsert combinations available for the two gold / ss versions with black dial(with and without gold links on ohe bracelet)
