As said before, bracelet is the buy thing , it would cost a little fortune to add it later..,

I bought on rubber as I dont like bracelets. It's an awesome strap and super comfy.

No clasp to scuff up on desk dives either!

Do you have any photos of the buckle and hoops? Thanks

Have just realised the "seamaster" keeper is on the wrong notch. It normally sits one notch closer to the "omega" keeper.

It's designed to be on the very last hole, the triangular one, clicks into place. There is a little bump on the underside of the seamaster keeper that locks it into place, but I suppose you can put it wherever you like 馃榾

Lovely watch by the way. I was debating between the black dial version and the modern Speedy. Went with the Speedy because of the history and it fits better on my slim wrists but I think I'm going to try for the Seamaster next year, and will definitely wear it on the rubber strap.

Hi guys,

I'm planning on buying the new Seamaster Diver 300m in blue. I'm thinking about getting it on a rubber strap, because the clasp in the bracelet is too big on my 6.6 inches wrist. This will be my first real watch and my only watch for a while.

What do you think about the blue rubber? Is it versatile? Can I wear it on a suit for example or is it too sporty?

and what do you think about the bracelet with its big clasp? will it be fine on a small wrist?

How does it fit you on rubber? I have 7.25 inch wrists and found it too bulky.

Can't say I find it bulky (6.5 inch wrist). My lifestyle is casual so don't have issues with formal shirt cuffs etc.

Last week I was given two prices by official resellers for the rubber strap: 365 EUR and 285 EUR. Both were given without asking for any discount or mentioning the other price.

Does anyone know what the standard size is of the rubber strap that comes with the watch? S, M or L?

Holy smokes. That鈥檚 pricey rubber! Does it include the pin buckle or is that extra?

I am looking at getting the white dial version this autumn, it will come on a bracelet, the cost of buying the rubber strap is 拢190 and the buckle an extra 拢35 馃槻

That includes the buckle. For those who are interested: size S (black) has partnr 032cvz010482 and for the pin buckle 025stz010129.

Any idea if the same strap will fit a 2254.50? Like the look of these but not sure what the fit is on the older SMP.

I (finally) got around to picking up the rubber strap for mine. I have to say, it really makes the dial pop for the grey version.

I have the well-regarded double ridged butterfly version of this for my regular SMP and this one beats it hands down for comfort. As an aside, I picked this up at the Brookfield OB in Manhattan, the shop is being re-modeled and downsized apparently.

For shits and giggles, I tried on my current grail, the GSOTM. I was surprised at how well it settles into my wrist (ala the PO) and how light it was compared to my ceramic Tudor Fastrider.

GSOTM looks great on you! Love that piece. Also - the strap looks really good. Makes that dial pop!
