·My advice is to take it to a watchmaker and have the movement inspected. Maybe it's a high-grade movement... or maybe it's not. Externally, you can't really say much about it other than "looks like 1970s styling".

·Probably meaningless but Google Translate says "rewel" is Indonesian and one synonym in English might be "Precise".
