Watch Polisher UK: Recommendations Wanted

Just wondering if anyone has a watch polisher they'd recommend ?

I have a Rolex 1600 that could do with a light polish, in certain light its OK, but if you look closely its not great, dont think its a complicated job though

I also have an Omega Cosmic 2000 that needs a lot of love, bought as a project watch at a very reasonable price but it needs someone who can really bring it back to life. Also Pictured.
