I repair watch movements as a hobby. I have on the way a 712 Connie (parts or repair) to refurbish and service for my own use. I also have a NOS linen dial from another source. The signed crystal looks to be in good nick , the original dial not so much. Without having a proper ultrasonic how do I get that shine back to the plate and bridges. Thanks

Don’t expect that you will be able to completely restore the original rose gold colour to the discoloured plates. Some of the screw heads appear to have been worked over by a coal shovel.

The plating has come off in some areas by the looks of it, so restoring this would require stripping the plates back to bare brass, and plating them again...

I thought that may be the case. I’ll try a soft toothbrush and baking soda. By the looks of the lack of water resistance definitely not one to wear on a humid day in the tropics .
